What to Expect

Scheduling an Appointment:
Visits are by appointment only. Please call us during our business hours at 773-561-0734 to schedule an appointment.

First Time Clients or Patients:
Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. It is helpful to bring copies of any records, including vaccination history for your first appointment. If you like, you may have your previous veterinarian fax us your pet’s medical records to us at 773-561-5158.

For your convenience, you may download the client information form here. You may complete the form and bring it for your first appointment.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash or check. We DO NOT accept Care Credit.

Surgical Appointments:
Pets are to arrive fasted on day of surgery. They should not have food or treats after midnight the night before surgery. If your pet is on medication, please check with your doctor if medication should be given on the morning of surgery.
Drop-off time for surgery is between 8-8:30 am the day of surgery.
You may call after 2:30 pm the day of surgery to check on your pet.
Discharge and pick-up times for your pet may vary. Please ask the doctor or a staff member when your pet should be able to go home.
